On-Deck Baseball Training's brand-new 13,000 square foot facility houses West Coast Baseball School, a year-round professionally staffed instructional school that provides private, group and team lessons to players interested in improving their skills in the game of baseball. Skills taught include hitting, pitching, fielding, base running, strength and endurance training, mental-edge techniques and baseball career counseling. In addition, we offer extensive clinics for both coaches and players and camps during the spring, summer and winter months. The West Coast staff is made-up of professional players, coaches and scouts with extensive experience working with players of all ability levels.

Glen Raasch

A former player with the Chicago Cubs and the Seattle Mariners, Raasch has been involved with youth baseball since 1990. He has been a coach at West Coast since 1992.

Daris Toussaint

A former player with the San Francisco Giants, Toussaint has also scouted for the Giants, Detroit Tigers and Cincinnati Reds organizations. He has been a coach at West Coast since 1994.

Daniel Bowman

West Coast Baseball Associate for over 5 years. Was 2-time First Team All Alpha League, 2-time First Team All CIF, and was the MVP of the Alpha League. He went on to play ball at Concordia and Cal Baptist.

Jon McGinley

A former player at Culver-Stockton College (Mo.), East Los Angeles CC, and Burbank High School. Jon has been involved with West Coast Baseball for over 5 years.
